Getting your order to you
Wholesale orders run from a couple of cartons to full pallets, so freight is quoted against the order rather than fixed in advance.
- Shipping is calculated and confirmed with you as we prepare the order
- Oversized and overweight items are quoted on their own
- International orders ship with duties payable on arrival
For a large or date-sensitive order, call ahead so we can schedule despatch around it.
Paying for it
Your contact on the wholesale team will confirm payment methods and terms with you as part of opening the account.
