LAVIS Cat Eyes C11 - 23 - Gel Polish 0.5 oz - Mystic Veil Collection
LAVIS Cat Eyes C11 - 23 - Gel Polish 0.5 oz - Mystic Veil Collection
Dreamy lavender silk cat eye: that is Lavis C11-23, from the 24-shade Mystic Veil cat eye line (dusk-toned neutrals, muted purples and smoky pastels). The finish is mixed cat eye, and the line forms when a magnet is held over the wet second coat.
Why techs pick C11-23
- Mixed cat eye finish from the Lavis C-series, the specialty-finish range.
- Formulated without HEMA: stated as what is left out, not as a promise that nobody can react.
- 0.5 fl oz (15 mL) salon bottle, high-gloss, smooth application.
- 60 second cure per coat under UV or LED; Lavis quotes up to 21 days of wear with proper prep and a top coat.

How to apply C11-23
- Prep: cuticles back, buff the shine off, wipe, then cure a thin gel base (Base & Top Gel).
- First thin coat of C11-23, cured 60 seconds, no magnet.
- Second, slightly fuller coat; before it cures hold a cat eye magnet a few millimeters above the wet gel for a few seconds, then cure that nail at once.
- Full cure, then a glossy gel top coat. A dark cured base underneath makes the line read stronger.
Best for
Lavis pitches the Mystic Veil line for all year, especially the transition seasons. Muted-color clients: smoky lilac and dusk taupe instead of pastel or jewel. Layering under matte top: smoky pastels go velvet under a matte gel top.

Questions about C11-23
What does HEMA-free mean here? Lavis formulates the C-series without HEMA, the small monomer in most gel products and the one most often named when a client reacts to gel. That is an exclusion, not a guarantee that no one reacts.
Can I wear C11-23 over a dark base? Yes, and the line reads strongest that way. Cure a coat of black or a deep solid first, then apply C11-23 and magnetize the second coat.
How is it removed? A normal gel soak-off: file the top thin, wrap in acetone, wait, push the softened gel away. Never pry.
