SNS Pro - Beige Book Collection - #004
SNS Pro - Beige Book Collection - #004
The light nude at #004 in the SNS Pro Beige Book. Four ways to buy it on this one listing: the 1.5 oz Gelous Color dipping powder, the GelStar gel alone, the gel and lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three. Same number, same shade, whichever you pick.
Nudes are the everyday shades a salon reorders most, and this one is built for the client who wants a clean hand for the office. It works as a full set, as the base of a French, and under an accent nail from the same book.
Why this powder
- The same shade in gel and lacquer. Every piece of #004 is matched to one color, which is why the same number is printed on the jar, the gel and the lacquer.
- Built as a system. Our Nutri-Plus system adds vitamins and minerals to the base coat and the powder, and the GelStar gel is formulated with vitamin E and calcium.
- Two services from one jar. Dip it over base with no lamp, or pick it up with monomer and sculpt it as an acrylic.
- Four ways to buy. Powder, gel only, duo or the 3-in-1, at the same price for every code in the book.

How to apply #004
Prep once: push back the cuticle, shape, buff the shine off the plate and wipe with alcohol. Then the service decides the piece.
- Dip. A thin coat of base, dip into #004, tap off the excess, repeat once. Activator over the whole nail, file and buff, a second coat of activator, then top coat. No lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, cured. Two thin coats of the #004 GelStar, cured after each. Gel top, cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two coats of the #004 lacquer, air-dried. Top coat optional.
Removal for dip and gel is an acetone soak, never a peel.
Three bottles finish the dip service, base, activator and top coat, all under Dip Essentials. If you run the GelStar as a gel service, the gel base and gel top are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #004
Is the swatch photo accurate?
It is the best online reference, but a screen is not a nail. For a color decision, match #004 against the physical Beige Book. Packaging styles vary by batch; the code and the shade are the same.
How long does #004 last, and how does it come off?
Most clients get a few weeks from a dip set, though prep and lifestyle move that a lot. The dip and the gel both come off with an acetone soak; the lacquer with regular remover. Never peel a dip or gel set, it takes the surface of the nail with it.
Which liquids go with #004?
The SNS dip essentials: EA Bond on the bare plate, Gel Base for each dip, Sealer Dry as the activator, and Gel Top to finish. They are the same bottles for every code in the Beige Book, and they sit in the complementary products on this page and under Dip Essentials.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Beige Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
