SNS Pro - Pink Book Collection - #120
SNS Pro - Pink Book Collection - #120
The black cherry at #120 in the SNS Pro Pink Book. Four ways to buy it on this one listing: the 1.5 oz Gelous Color dipping powder, the GelStar gel alone, the gel and lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three. Same number, same shade, whichever you pick.
A red like this does most of its work on a pedicure wall and on the client who books the same color every month. It reads as red under salon light and under daylight, so it photographs the way it looks on the hand.
Why this powder
- One code, three pieces. The powder, the gel and the lacquer of #120 are built to one shade, which SNS calls MasterMatch, so the hands and the toes match without a re-swatch.
- Pre-bonded Gelous Color powder. The jar is our Nutri-Plus formula, and we formulate the base and the powder with vitamins and minerals, with vitamin E and calcium in the GelStar gel.
- Dip or sculpt. The powder dips over base and sets with activator, and it also sculpts with monomer like an acrylic, so one jar covers both services.
- Buy only what you use. The gel is sold alone, so a gel salon can carry the whole book without the powder.

How to apply #120
Prep once: push back the cuticle, shape, buff the shine off the plate and wipe with alcohol. Then the service decides the piece.
- Dip. A thin coat of base, dip into #120, tap off the excess, repeat once. Activator over the whole nail, file and buff, a second coat of activator, then top coat. No lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, cured. Two thin coats of the #120 GelStar, cured after each. Gel top, cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two coats of the #120 lacquer, air-dried. Top coat optional.
Removal for dip and gel is an acetone soak, never a peel.
Three bottles finish the dip service, base, activator and top coat, all under Dip Essentials. If you run the GelStar as a gel service, the gel base and gel top are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #120
Can I buy #120 as part of a set?
Yes. It sits on board 4 of the Pink Book, codes #109 to #144, and the board is sold as one bundle in each format, 36 codes at a time. The full 144-code book is also sold as one bundle.
How long does #120 last, and how does it come off?
Most clients get a few weeks from a dip set, though prep and lifestyle move that a lot. The dip and the gel both come off with an acetone soak; the lacquer with regular remover. Never peel a dip or gel set, it takes the surface of the nail with it.
Which liquids go with #120?
The SNS dip essentials: EA Bond on the bare plate, Gel Base for each dip, Sealer Dry as the activator, and Gel Top to finish. They are the same bottles for every code in the Pink Book, and they sit in the complementary products on this page and under Dip Essentials.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Pink Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
