SNS Pro - Blue Book Collection - #130
SNS Pro - Blue Book Collection - #130
Code #130 of the SNS Pro Blue Book: a navy blue. Every code in this book is sold four ways on one listing: the 1.5 oz pre-bonded dipping powder, the 0.5 oz GelStar gel, the gel and lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with powder, gel and lacquer matched to one shade.
Navy is the dark that clients accept when they will not wear black. It is a fall and winter full-set shade, and it pairs with the pale nudes in the Blue Book for a French-style accent.
Why this powder
- The same shade in gel and lacquer. Every piece of #130 is matched to one color, which is why the same number is printed on the jar, the gel and the lacquer.
- Built as a system. Our Nutri-Plus system adds vitamins and minerals to the base coat and the powder, and the GelStar gel is formulated with vitamin E and calcium.
- Two services from one jar. Dip it over base with no lamp, or pick it up with monomer and sculpt it as an acrylic.
- Four ways to buy. Powder, gel only, duo or the 3-in-1, at the same price for every code in the book.

How to apply #130
Prep once: push back the cuticle, shape, buff the shine off the plate and wipe with alcohol. Then the service decides the piece.
- Dip. A thin coat of base, dip into #130, tap off the excess, repeat once. Activator over the whole nail, file and buff, a second coat of activator, then top coat. No lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, cured. Two thin coats of the #130 GelStar, cured after each. Gel top, cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two coats of the #130 lacquer, air-dried. Top coat optional.
Removal for dip and gel is an acetone soak, never a peel.
Pair the powder with base, activator and top coat from Dip Essentials, and the gel with a base and top from Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #130
Which board is #130 on?
Board 4, which runs #109 to #144. The board is sold as one bundle in the same formats as this listing, so it is a way to fill a quarter of a Blue Book wall in one order. The full book of 144 codes is sold the same way.
Is this a dip powder or an acrylic powder?
Both. Over base it works as a dip overlay; with monomer it sculpts like an acrylic. One jar of #130 does either job.
How long does #130 last, and how does it come off?
Most clients get a few weeks from a dip set, though prep and lifestyle move that a lot. The dip and the gel both come off with an acetone soak; the lacquer with regular remover. Never peel a dip or gel set, it takes the surface of the nail with it.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Blue Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
