Code #009 of the SNS Pro Burgundy Book: a pale gray. Every code in this book is sold four ways on one listing: the 1.5 oz pre-bonded dipping powder, the 0.5 oz GelStar gel, the gel and lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with powder, gel and lacquer matched to one shade.

How to apply #009

Start with a clean, dry plate: cuticles pushed back, nail shaped, shine buffed off, alcohol wipe. Then pick the service.

1. Dip on the hands. Thin base, dip #009, tap, thin base, dip again. Activator, file, buff, activator again, top coat. Nothing to cure.
2. Gel on the hands. Cure a thin gel base, cure two thin coats of the #009 GelStar, cure the gel top and wipe.
3. Lacquer on the toes. Two coats of the #009 lacquer, left to air-dry.

To remove the dip or the gel, soak in acetone. Do not peel; it takes the top layer of the plate with it.

The dip needs a base, an activator and a top coat: they are under Dip Essentials. Gel base and top for the GelStar are under Base & Top Gel.
